Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for completing a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, hiring and developing store staff, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operations/legal compliance, controlling labor and inventory expenses, assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer issues, and meeting performance metrics and safety/maintenance standards while starting at $12.50 per hour plus commission. This role requires supervisory experience and is based in Hope Mills, NC with in-person store duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
