Job Summary
Assistant Manager II with retail supervisory responsibilities. Leads store staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; maintains a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; analyzes daily sales to maximize performance; ensures banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controls labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigns and follows up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivers exceptional customer service and resolves issues; participates in a 5-week manager-training program with performance metrics and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
