Job Summary
Assistant Manager II with a 5-week manager-training program responsible for interviewing/hiring and developing staff, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, meeting banking/safety/operational requirements, controlling expenses, assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service. Must meet performance metrics, lead staff to achieve goals, and contribute to training and development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
