Job Summary
Assistant Manager II will undergo a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; analyze daily sales information to maximize sales; meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
