Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for managing store staff through a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; interview, hire, and develop employees; create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; analyze daily sales information to maximize sales; meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; control expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues; requires 1 year of supervisory experience, 18+ years of age, and a high school diploma or equivalent; Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer with benefits including dental/health/vision insurance, paid time off, and training & development; starting pay is $18/hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications
