Job Summary
Assistant Manager II overseeing store operations in Columbia, MD. Responsibilities include interviewing/hiring and developing staff, creating a positive and respectful environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize sales, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, ability to stand/bend/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
