Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff, interviewing and developing employees, creating a positive and respectful environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
