Job Summary
Assistant Manager II at Palm Beach Tan in Naperville, IL. Responsible for maintaining store staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; achieving self-performance metrics and helping staff meet theirs; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues; and participating in a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Offers base pay with commission and bonus opportunities; starting pay $17 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
