Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for maintaining store staff, interviewing and developing employees, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking/safety/operations/legal compliance, controlling labor/inventory/maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues, and completing a required 5-week manager-training course. The role involves overseeing staff development, driving sales, and ensuring store operations meet company standards while delivering customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Other duties as assigned
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
