Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising and developing store staff, interviewing and hiring personnel, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, and achieving performance metrics. The role entails analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, meeting banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs, assigning and following up on daily tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, and organized store, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. The position includes a mandatory 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and opportunities for advancement, a base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, and responsibilities across staff development, operations, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
