Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for overseeing store operations, supervising staff, interviewing and developing employees, creating a positive environment for customers and team, meeting performance metrics and sales goals, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and participating in a 5-week manager-training program with performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
