Job Summary
Assistant Manager II role overseeing store operations and staff development. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; maintaining a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting and analyzing performance metrics; managing banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Requires 18+ and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; high school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation.
