Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for overseeing store operations, supervising staff through a required 5-week manager-training course, interviewing/hiring and developing employees, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, meeting banking/safety/operational/legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean/stocked/organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods and lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
