Assistant Manager II role overseeing store operations including interviewing, hiring and developing staff; maintaining a positive environment for customers and employees; meeting self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring compliance with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues; reporting to support advancement opportunities within Palm Beach Tan.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
