Job Summary
Assistant Manager II: supervise staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; maintain a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet metrics; analyze daily sales to maximize sales; ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; control expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assign and manage daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues; includes a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
