Job Summary
Assist in managing store operations and staff at Palm Beach Tan in Warrenton, VA. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires completion of a 5-week manager-training course and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation.
