Assistant Manager II to oversee store operations including interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; maintain a positive environment for employees and customers; meet performance and sales metrics; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance; control costs related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign and manage daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues; participate in a required 5-week manager-training course.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
