Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff and driving store performance. Includes completing a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, interviewing and developing employees, creating a positive environment for staff and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal compliance, controlling labor, inventory and maintenance costs, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
