Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff and driving store performance: interviewing, hiring, developing employees; maintaining a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, 18+ years old, standing/bending/walking for long periods, lifting 25 pounds, High School diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation; Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
