Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff, hiring and developing employees, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize sales, ensuring banking/safety/operations/legal requirements are met, controlling labor, inventory and maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
