Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for maintaining store staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues; and participating in a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Requires 1 year supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, and reliable transportation; high school diploma or equivalent.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
