Job Summary
As Assistant Manager II at Palm Beach Tan in Lakewood, CO, you will lead store operations after completing a 5-week manager-training course: hire and develop staff, create a positive environment for employees and customers, meet performance metrics, analyze daily sales to maximize revenue, ensure banking, safety, and legal compliance, manage expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and stocked, and deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
