Job Summary
Assistant Manager II with responsibilities including hiring and developing staff, maintaining a positive work environment, meeting performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, and legal compliance, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store organized, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires 1 year supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
