Job Summary
This role supports a manager-training program with a 5-week course and focuses on supervising store staff, interviewing and developing employees, creating a positive environment for staff and customers, achieving performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring compliance with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, organized store, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
