Assistant Manager II

Assistant Manager II is responsible for supervising store staff, interviewing and hiring, and developing employees to meet performance metrics. The role focuses on creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales, ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and organized, and providing exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues. The position requires leading by example, coaching staff, and driving performance to meet store metrics and achieve advancement opportunities.
