Job Summary
Assistant Manager II position overseeing store staff with a required 5-week manager-training course. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for staff and customers; meeting self-performance metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; complying with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Other duties as assigned
