Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff, driving sales through daily analysis, and maintaining store operations and customer service; completes a 5-week manager-training course; interviews, hires, and develops employees; creates a positive environment for staff and customers; analyzes daily sales to maximize revenue; ensures banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controls labor, inventory and maintenance expenses; assigns and tracks daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provides exceptional customer service and resolves issues; must be at least 18, have 1 year supervisory experience, motivate others, stand/bend/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, have reliable transportation, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
