Job Summary
Assist in managing store operations and personnel: interview, hire, and develop employees; maintain a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet theirs; analyze daily sales to maximize revenue; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues; complete a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
