Job Summary
Assistant Manager II role overseeing store staff with responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers; achieving self-performance metrics and coaching staff to meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses such as labor, inventory and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues; and completing a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
