Assistant Manager II

Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising store staff, interviewing and developing employees, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics and helping develop employees to meet their metrics, analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales, meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues, and leading a 5-week manager-training program. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, ability to stand and lift 25 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
