Job Summary
Assistant Manager II with supervisory responsibilities and a 5-week manager-training course. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Includes opportunities for advancement and base pay with commission/bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
