Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations, supervise and develop staff, interview and hire, create a positive environment for employees and customers, analyze daily sales to maximize revenue, ensure compliance with banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, control labor and inventory costs, assign and follow up on daily tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, organized store, and provide exceptional customer service while resolving issues. The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for performance-driven advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
