Job Summary
Assistant Manager II at Palm Beach Tan with a 5-week manager-training course and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees reach theirs; analyzing daily sales to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controlling expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires at least 18 years old, 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, ability to stand/bend/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
