Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff, interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping develop employees to meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues; completing a required 5-week manager-training course.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
