Job Summary
Assistant Manager II needed to supervise store staff, interview/hire and develop employees, maintain a positive environment for staff and customers, meet performance metrics, analyze daily sales to maximize revenue, ensure banking/safety/operations/legal compliance, control labor/inventory/maintenance expenses, assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and provide exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues. The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/bend/walk for extended periods, lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation. A 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics is a stated requirement, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
