Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meet performance metrics; analyze daily sales information to maximize sales; ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; control expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assign and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues; requires completion of a 5-week manager-training course and at least 1 year supervisory experience; must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent; starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
