Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising store staff, interviewing and developing employees, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, achieving performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize sales, meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling labor, inventory and maintenance expenses, assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
