Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for mentoring and developing staff through a required 5-week manager-training course, interviewing and hiring, creating a positive work environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize performance, ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal compliance, controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs, assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean and stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues and meeting performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
