Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for maintaining store staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting performance and sales metrics; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. The role includes a required 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for advancement, with base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities. Candidate should be able to motivate others, work long hours standing/walking, lift up to 25 pounds, have reliable transportation, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
