Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff, interviewing and developing employees, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs, analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales, meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and organized, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues, and completing a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; starting pay $15.00 plus commission; immediate positions available; duties include training, staff development, and driving store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
