Job Summary
Assistant Manager II role overseeing store operations with a 5-week manager-training course, interviewing and developing staff, creating a positive and respectful environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize results, ensuring banking/safety/operations/legal compliance, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving issues and supporting performance toward metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
