Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for staffing, hiring, and developing store employees; maintain a positive and respectful environment for staff and customers; achieve self-performance metrics and help staff meet their metrics; analyze daily sales information to maximize sales; ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; control expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign and manage daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues; participates in a mandatory 5-week manager-training course to prepare for leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
