Job Summary
Assistant Manager II with supervisory responsibilities and 5-week manager-training. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
