Job Summary
Oversee store operations and staff development in a Richmond, TX location. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; maintaining a positive, respectful environment for staff and customers; meeting performance metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; controlling labor, inventory and maintenance costs; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and providing exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Requires ability to motivate others, stand/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
