Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising store staff, interviewing and developing employees; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting performance metrics and helping staff meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues.

- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
