Job Summary
Assistant Manager II position overseeing store staff, hiring and developing employees, and maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers. Responsibilities include conducting a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service while resolving customer issues. Requires ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and reliable transportation; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Other duties as assigned
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
