Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for maintaining store staff through interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping develop employees to meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues; requires completing a 5-week manager-training course. Qualifications include age 18+, 1 year supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
