Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff, conducting interviews and development, creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, complying with banking/safety/operations/legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and providing exceptional customer service while resolving issues. Includes a required 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
