Job Summary
Assistant Manager II role responsible for leading store operations, supervising staff through a 5-week manager-training course, interviewing and developing employees, delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, managing banking/safety/operations/legal compliance, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized, and meeting performance metrics. Requires 18+ years old, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk/bend for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Offers starting pay of $19.00/hour plus commission; benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and training/development; opportunity for advancement in a retail environment with Palm Beach Tan.
