Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for maintaining store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics; analyze daily sales information to maximize sales; meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance; assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues; includes a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics;Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to effectively motivate others
